5. Pricing and Payment 5.1 The Service is priced at £100 per month, subject to change with notice. 5.2 Payment is due monthly in advance. 5.3 We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. 5.4 Failure to maintain timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
6. Intellectual Property Rights 6.1 Bot Buddy retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights. 6.2 Users retain all rights to their business data provided for AI training. 6.3 Users grant Bot Buddy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display User content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
7. Data Protection and Privacy 7.1 We process all data in accordance with UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. 7.2 Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any data provided to Bot Buddy for AI training. 7.3 We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect User data.
8. Limitation of Liability 8.1 Bot Buddy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. 8.2 Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the past 12 months. 8.3 We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Service Termination 9.1 Either party may terminate the Service with 30 days’ written notice. 9.2 We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms. 9.3 No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

13. Indemnification 13.1 Users agree to indemnify and hold Bot Buddy harmless from any claims resulting from their use of the Service or breach of these terms.
14. Severability 14.1 If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary.
